Would you like to be a Foundation candidate?
If you wish to be a candidate for the Alberto Chacon Aponte Cornea Foundation, you must send an email to Funcornea@gmail.com, with your intention to belong to the program and the reason for the request with the following data:

Once the email is sent, our social worker will contact you to schedule the home visit and request the documents.
